Upper-floor flats, walk-ups and estate blocks, carried down by hand where there is no lift and nowhere to park.

Green waste, hedge cuttings, turf, soil, decking and the shed that finally gave up. Composted or recycled where it can be.

Fly-tip clearance
Dumped waste cleared from private land, forecourts, alleyways and estate bin stores before it attracts more.
Loaded by hand
No skip on your street, no permit to apply for, no neighbours filling it overnight. We carry it out, which also means we can take what is upstairs and leave what is staying.
Sorted as we load
Timber, metal, cardboard, electricals and general waste go on separately. Sorting on the van is the only point where separating is still cheap — once it is mixed, it stays mixed.
Documented properly
Waste transfer notes kept and copied to you on request. If you are a landlord, an agent or running a site, that paperwork is the part that matters when somebody asks.
What we do not do
We are a waste clearance firm, not a removals company. We do not move households to a new address, we do not do man-and-van work, and we do not store anything. If what you need is a move rather than a clearance, a removals firm will do it better and cheaper than we would.
We also will not touch hazardous waste that needs a licensed specialist — asbestos, clinical waste, drums of unidentified chemicals. If we find any of it on a job we stop, tell you what it looks like, and help you find the right route. Moving it in a general van would be both illegal and unsafe.
Tell us what needs clearing.
What it is, which floor it is on, and where a van can stand. That is enough for a proper quote — and the quote is what you pay, not a starting point.
